What begins as a routine investigation quickly unravels into something far more sinister. Sent to France under the guise of a quiet leave, Elijah finds himself chasing whispers of impossible deaths: victims drowned without water, their apartments filled only with salt, seaweed, and silence.

At the Ministry’s archives, fragments of a legend emerge - the tale of Dahut, princess of the sunken city. Drawn to a haunted lighthouse and guided by spectral traces, Elijah uncovers a rising resonance: a voice that can bend tides, breach worlds, and lure souls into the abyss. To stop the drowned city from awakening once more, he must gather clues, confront mythic beings, and decide whether Dahut is monster, memory… or something caught in between.
